APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY

Application for Certificate of Eligibility which is required for foreigner who is outside Japan wishing to be admitted to Japan,

except forvisitingJapan as a Temporary Visitor.

☑ I would like to invite cooks to Japan

 Application for Extension of Period of Stay

Application for renewal of the period of stay can be made three months before the expiration date of the period of stay.

☑ I would like to stay in Japan by renewing the period of stay

☑ I changed jobs, can I renew my period of stay?

☑ I graduated from school but I can not find a job. Can I extend my visa? 

☑ My visa is a Japanese spouse. I am separated from my husband or wife. In the future divorce. Can I renew my visa?

Application for Change of Status

 Application for change of status of residence must be made in the following cases.

・When the student graduated from the school and got a job.

・A foreigner in Japan with a work visa marries a Japanese or a permanent resident.

・When a person hired by a company becomes a president.

・When a foreigner who was married to a Japanese or permanent resident is divided into a death or a divorce with a Japanese or a  permanent resident.

☑ I worked at the company, but the company went bankrupt, I was fired the company. What should I do about visa procedures?

☑ I am at a loss as to whether I should change my job. Is there anything to be careful about visa?

☑ My husband or wife died. What happens to my visa?

☑ It is likely to be divorced from a Japanese wife. I would like to stay in Japan, what should I do?
